SHIPPING POLICY
Orders must be placed by 12pm CT Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday.
Please Note:

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

Customer pays shipping based on weight of package.

Average transit time is 2-5 business days until first delivery attempt.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. While our products are tested for quality prior to shipping, please inspect your shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. Please submit all claims for damaged products within 48 hours to lotusblissbotanicals@gmail.com
Additionally, we offer a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee on your initial purchase for any unopened product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at lotusblissbotanicals@gmail.com within the 14-day time period to obtain a return authorization. Once issued, you will be responsible for returning the unused product to us. Once the returned product is received, you will be refunded your purchase price (minus shipping expenses) to your original form of payment.
